SMH is availbale for HP UX 11i v1 with limited functionality, last week I downloaded it to my HP-UX 11i v1 server.

You just need following depot files:

SysMgmtWeb_A.2.2.9.2_HP-UX_B.11.11_32_64

and you need probably new version of Apache:

HPUXWSAX-A214-1100
