HP-UX 11.23 Itanium system reboot with panic

Hi,

my hp-ux 11.23 itanium system reboot automatically after 3-4 days as per /vat/adm/shutdownlog file. I dont understand any hardware problem .Please find attached some of the INDEX file output.

Can you exlain me what could be wrong with OS or Application.

You need to contact the Response Center to have them analyze the dumps. It seems you are getting the same crash over and over.

Are you up to date on your patches?

I don't apply any patch since last year. How to contact Response Center to have analyze the dumps.

I have only below patch bundle.
