HP-UX forward certain syslog messages

Hello,

I need to forward certain syslog messages to another syslog collector. The filtering should not be based to facility or severity but on a hostname.

Is it possible?

That is not possible with HP-UX standard syslog daemon.

With syslog-ng, you can filter log messages based on hostname and other message content.
