Hi Frnds,

I tried to reset administrator/operator/user password for HP management home page via hp command line tools, however no luck. Need help

Below are the details:

OS version: Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 3 (Taroon Update 5)

Below is the command i use to reset the administrator password to lab100

#/usr/local/hp/hpwebsetup -pA:lab100 -f

SaC: SEP is correct. You are running PSP 7.4; the agents changed to OS authentication in 7.1.

I tried system root password. However, no luck. I tried restarting hpasm service as well.

What next..?
