HP ux printer managment

Dear All,

I have HP-UX 11.23 in Rx7620 I've install 3 printers (same model) & I wanted to make those printers to print as round robin style (for load balancing)
please tell me any method to do that

Put them in the same class and have users print to that class.

I add two printers to the system then create print class but it given error says "Lp destination "billingq" does not exist on wbscsp03."

& lpstat -t out put is

scheduler is running
no system default destination
members of class billingq:
10_1
10_2
device for 10_1: /dev/null
device for 10_2: /dev/null
10_1 accepting requests since Dec 17 16:52
10_2 accepting requests since Dec 17 16:58
billingq not accepting requests since Dec 17 17:00 -
new destination
printer 10_1 is idle. enabled since Dec 17 16:52
fence priority : 0
printer 10_2 is idle. enabled since Dec 17 16:58
fence priority : 0
