This looks quite similar. You definitely suffer from this type of memory leak. You should install the patch as soon as possible.
I'm not sure if you could stop the growth of the leak by stopping online diagnostics. But you can free the space only by a reboot.

That was my conclusion as well. I have downloaded the patch and scheduling the install of the patch.
I have also brought dbc parms to lower settings to free up some memory for the system in the meantime.
