HPUX 11.31 IA64 couldn't claim iSCSI disk from server

If chap is enabled, software iSCSI initiator 11.31 will encounter an error when run 'ioscan -C iscsi', server's log:
Login from iqn.1986-03.com.hp:rx1620b.37ee3d31-9b68-11d9-921d-2397d961af7a rejected because the client tries to bypass the authentication.

I have checked the tcp packages, and find:
iSCSI initiator issues first tcp connection with CHAP steps to get target's name; and then issue another tcp connection to send iscsi commands without CHAP steps.

Could you help me?
