This looks good.
Now do
EFI> fs0:
EFI> cd EFI
...
and run the hpux boot loader.

Let us see if you are able to boot in any mode using fs0: like boot -lm etc
If not, suspect a disk issue and do not see any other boot disk.

That looks like a disk issue. Could confirm by booting from a OS DVD or ignite and check from recovery shell.
