HPUX drive mapping to Windows XP

When I am trying to map Unix host's drive to my windows XP laptop, I am getting " The format of the specified network name is invalid". We have two workstations that I had no problems to map the drive to.

xp can standart not mount a nfs mount a workstation can do this...

there are a few ways to make this work
1 by a nfs cliend for the windows server
2 install samba/cifs on the unix server and use this to share the filesystem

ps how do you are trying to do the connection now?
