ies
VMKernelSW A.03.50 Integrity VM Kernel Software
but I do not find any HPVM scripts on /opt/hpvm/bin/, like hpvmstatus, hpvmcreate, etc.
Please help me to find out where is the problem.

Re: HPvmcreate script not found in /opt/hpvm/bin/
I am not sure about the trial bundle.
I have installed T2767AC.
you can check what files has you bundle installed and look for hpvmstatus for example:
[root@sd:/]# swlist -l file T2767AC | grep -i hpvmstatus
T2767AC.HPVM.HPVM-CORE: /opt/hpvm/bin/hpvmstatus
T2767AC.HPVM.HPVM-CORE: /opt/hpvm/share/man/man1m/hpvmstatus.1m
# swlist -l bundle | grep -i 3.50
T2767AC A.03.50 Integrity VM
VMGuestLib A.03.50 Integrity VM Guest Support Libraries
VMKernelSW A.03.50 Integrity VM Kernel Software
VMProvider A.03.50 WBEM Provider for Integrity VM

I am not sure on Trial version.
Try to see if you could find the command via
# whereis hpvmstatus
