HSZ70 - add raidset

hello all,
somewhat an embarrasing question:

I need to create a raidset (R5) containing 6
disks and cannot recall (nor find) how to continu my add raidset command on a second line?
At my console, at the end of the screen, the characters overlay and it only accepts the first 4 disks!

Thanks in advance

Yves

Re: HSZ70 - add raidset

Hi Yves,

What console are you using ?

If you're using a terminal emulator on a PC, why not just type the add raidset command into notepad, then cut and paste it into the terminal emulator...

Hope this helps,

Regards,

Rob

Re: HSZ70 - add raidset

Hello, just returned from the bunker.

resolved my problem by configuring the old console to displau 132 columns instead of 80.
BTW, my console is an old vt100 terminal.

Thanks Rob for the reply.

Re: HSZ70 - add raidset

i read you found a solution to the problem,
probably the emulater als was configured as "nowrap"?

an alternative is to create the raidset with 4 disks and add the other later.
