and the version am going to install is 11i. and can i know as the factory default wat version of os will be installed ? and how to migrate from tat version to 11i

And if you havejust ordered th server, then as part of your order you should have chosen the HP-UX version.
If not, then by default I think it is now 11iv3, and when you first boot it it will run through the set_parms scrip to allow you to set those parameters, UNLESS you ordere it without a factory OS install.
In that case, once you install the OS, there are options at install time to set all of those, or if you do not do that, then the first time it boots it will still run set_parms .
