How do you make a make_tape_recovery on a remote tape?

I want to make a recoverytape on an remote tape. I try this, but it doesnt work.
make_tape_recovery -A -a hpxxx:/dev/rmt/0mn
fbackup and dd works.

Hi,

It would be nice, but you it simply cannot
be done. This is a well documented question.
You must either attach a local tape drive
or set up a remote ignite boot server.

Another way, would be to create the tape on the system that you did the make_recovery on. Then, using "dd" and remsh, push the data over to the other systems tape drive. On both systems you will have to use the no-rewind device. Remeber that a make_recovery tape contains 3 file sets.
