How to add st_san_safe to tunable kernel

Is there a way to add st_san_safe to the kernel?
We are on HP-UX 11.31 rx7640 Itanium server

HP wants me to turn this st_san_safe parameter off but I can't find it.
i see that you are unable to find st_san_safe parameter in the O/S, If the st_san_safe is not available then you need manually add the parameter for add this parameter i request you to please contact HP/UX Administrator.
