My system rp4440, using HP-UX 11i. today i need to add stape driver to kernel.
Is it possible to add stape driver to kernel without rebooting server, since the server is production server.?

Unfortunatly stape is a static driver, so
you will have to reboot your machine after
installing it. Also I would suggest bundling
(swcopy both into one target depot & select
both for installation) both stape product and
latest patch for installing it in one go, so
that you can save another reboot for installing
the patch.

system always will be rebooted after adding
drivers to kernel on hpux 11i v1 PA-RISC

There are kernel modules that are online but stape is not :(
