Hi,

One CPU has been marked for reconfiguration and will be active only after reboot. ( May also get disabled) This normally happens when there is some HPMC error is depected on the running CPU.

Any such error always gets reported to syslog.log and /var/opt/remon/log/event.log

Is anything of that sort visible?
