How to close the HP-UX server?

Hello All,

I am a fresher, just  stuck in an issue and want to know 

How to close (not shutdown and restart) HP-UX server?

Open and close are something you do with files or windows/doors, not servers.

Did you mean halt?

If you look at shutdown(1m), there are -h and -r options.
