How to identify HP EVA Luns on HP-UX 11.11

We're migrating from EMC to HP EVA array, is there a tool to match the new LUNS to /dev/dsk/ctd on the server? Of course EMC syminq doesn't do the trick.

Thanks,
Jim

Where do I get evainfo, is it part of a package?

I'm looking for Luns on the EVA array, I should have been more specific.

ioscan does not give enough info that I can see, it only maps ctd to the array controller. The EMC "inq" or "syminq" command will map ctd to unique lun serial number complete with lun type and size, but only works for their arrays.

The hardware path in ioscan gives you the LUN number, but anyway, evainfo will give you the WWNID too.

Hope this helps!

Jim,

There will be a copy of evainfo for HP-UX somewhere on your Command View/EVA media.

Alternatively just seach hp.com for evainfo - the following google search found it for me:

evainfo 11.11 site:hp.com -site:itrc.hp.com -site:docs.hp.com
