How to redirect Tru64 print job thru a solaris machine?
Hello,
I am having a Xerox printer/copier/fax (3-in-1) for which I need to create a print queue on tru64 server. I tried to configure the print queue and it printed as well. But the problem is with alignment. At the same time, I configured a printer queue on a solaris server for the same printer/copier/fax and it is printing perfectly.
Can anyone guide me to configure a print queue on a Tru64 server in such a way that it should redirect print jobs to solaris machine and then solaris machine should further direct it to printer.
Bit complex, but I think that it is the only solution left with me. I have already tried using different filters available in tru64 os.
Thanks in advance for your valuable response.
Regards,
Vikas

Your printcap entry on the Tru64 box should contain:
:rm=:\
:rp=:\
:rm=
:rp=
