I have modify the file /etc/pam.d/system-auth, and now does anyone knows what daemon have I to restarted to the modifications get ok?

SolutionActually pam is not a daemon services. its just authenticate services or users to specific usage. you need to restart the affected daemons.
For Example, if you change pam related to apache specifications, you need to restart the httpd daemon.
