I can't fine /etc/TIMEZONE.

I tryed that as well, but the command does not exist. Could it be my enviroment variables that are not correct?.

Are you logged in as root? What is your OS version?

Hello,

You have posted on HP-UX.

For linux, you should have an utility called timeconfig.

Just run it and change the local time.

The solution is to add a softlink :

ln -sf /usr/share/zoneinfo/America/Godthab localtime
