How to setup NTP server on HP-UX

Hi,
I want to setup NTP server on one of HP-UX server and all other HP-UX server as NTP Client...Please can someone send me the procedure how to do the NTP configuration for NTP clients time sync with NTP server.

Shalom Narendra,

Steps ala SEP

1) Get the firewall configured so your server can talk to the outside world on port 123.
2) Change the ntp.conf to reflect outside servers you want this system to use.
3) Restart the nptd server on this system.
4) Repeat steps on internal servers pointing to this new server.

In general, it is easier though not required to locate your central ntp serve in a DMZ.
