My HBa are at B.11.23.03 and as per EMC suggestion I need to upgraded them to B.11.23.0803.
Here are the more details of card and driver

download the driver from the site as per the OS that u possess that is 11.23.
ftp that to the server where u want to upgrade the FC driver in some directory say /tmp using the binary mode of tranfser.
this shall be a .depot file
on the server do the following.
#swlist -d @ /tmp/<*.depot>
#swinstall -s /tmp/<*.depot>
u will be prompted to install the driver using a swinstall screen. Install the driver and the system shall reboot after that.
use fcmsutil to again verify the driver version

These drivers generally ship on the Core OS or Application CD/DVD.
Normal upgrade path is swinstall and it will update.
