I see lot of directories under /var/tmp/stmxxxxx in HP-UX 11.31

Hi

 

My /var/tmp gets full and i see lot of directories under /var/tmp/stmxxxxx format What are those directories ? how do i stop creating them. I it OK to remove them ? .

These belong to the diagnostics - stm = support tools manager.
