IRTC problem reports
Where does one go to report an issue with the IRTC?
Specifically, I tried to submit a software trouble ticket and my handles were all screwed up.

Hi David:
I'd place a telephone call (1-800-633-3600 in the USA) to the Response Center and ask to be transferred to the appropriate section. This is prpbably the fastest way to get your 'handle(s)' resolved.
In the meantime, you can always post your question or problem here. There's plenty of folks more than willing to assist.

Hi David.
If you run into SSI errors or page cannot be diplayed, it is not your system.
HP knows, that the software is sometimes not fast enough / not enough capacity to handle
the incoming request. it will take approx. two more moths until they have a new soft?ware version in place for the ITRC.
Got this from an HP guy in the ITRC team.

You should use the feedback button located in this site to report any issues you may have, this will get your problem looked at if it is really a problem.
