Re: Ignite process and /etc/lvmconf file
can you please privide with the following O/Ps
last make_net_recovery or make_tape_recovery logs
these shall be in
for make_tape_recovery
/var/opt/ignite/recovery/lastest/recovery.log
and for make_net_recovery on the ignite server at
/var/opt/ignite/clients/0X{LLA}/recovery/latest/recovery.log
as well as
swlist -l product -l bundle | grep -i ignite
from your system?
there you can see exactly in the logs if vgexport is running as part of ignite as vgexport -s option
regards

SolutionI am running Ignite C.6.9.150 on HP-UX 11.11 and the logs shows "vgexport -s -p -m ..."
Basically, an upgrade of Ignite is needed to add the VGID to the VG map files.
