Incremental fbackup not working

Hi all

I am facing a froblem to get incremental fbackup in HPUX, under the /tmp/ss directory 4 nos files are there. when i am using the command "fbackup -f /dev/rmt/0mn -0 -i /tmp/ss", its taking all 4 files. after this when I add one more file to /tmp/ss and try to take incremental backup with the command "fbackup -f /dev/rmt/0mn -1 -i /tmp/ss" this time also taking all files not only the file those are modified after taking the 0 level backup. also noticed that /var/adm/fbackupfiles/dates not updating its always 0 size. pls help

pls go through the man page
I am not sure but,pls check the option " -u "
This may update the dates file.
