Hi,
I have installed debian 9.3 on DL20 Gen9, in legacy mode i have changed the controler to AHCI SATA mode. When Debian 9.3 start, what happen is that the screen of the system appear like on the picture. I don't know what to do

No need to use legacy mode, just set the controller to SATA AHCI in default UEFI. The image looks like the kernel is setting a video mode that the monitor isn't happy with. switch over to tty2 which is just a text console and see if you have the login screen. You will need to adjust the display modes

Solutionyou can try using 'nomodeset' on the boot line to stop KMS. You will need to try various resolution options to find something your monitor is happy with. A quick google search returned this https://www.linux.org/threads/monitor-resolution-problem.16606/
