Solutionbut seems odd you want to go back in time.
What is more relevant is to check the hardware compatibility list,
cos even one rx2660 could have a different
card inside then another.
In any case take an ignite backup of your boot disks so that you can roll back
in case shit hits the fan

Why would you want to install a 4-year old version of an operating environment on new hardware anyway?
If you purchased a new rx2660, then you should have received current (ca. June 2008) DVD OE media with it. Use those!

I believe you can not install that release of HP-UX on that hardware.
As I recall from a visit to the HP performance center September 2006 HP-UX version 2 or later is the minimum requirement for that hardware.
You can try but HP might not support you. I'd check with HP support prior to going forth with this particular installation.
