Is funzip included in Hp-UX 11.23 software?

Is funzip included in HP-UX 11.23 HPUX11i-OE-Ent OS, if yes, can I get a link to download it. If posible I need installation procedure too.

No, funzip is not included with HP-UX as far as I know.

The "Unzip" program appears to be able to handle 'funzip' files.

I see command funzip on HP-UX 11.11 system under /usr/local/bin but not on 11.23 system.

root OS Ver.11.11:
#find / -name funzip -print
/usr/local/bin/funzip

The same answer as above, I can't find funzip in HP-UX 11.23(MCOE), also not find it in HP-UX 11.31(MCOE)[I think they have used command gunzip instead of funzip]. And also can't find in software.hp.com.

Usually, if the software provided by HP, you can find in software.hp.com(some for free, others need buy).

Info-ZIP funzip is part of the UnZip package.

Not how I'd phrase it, but I can agree with
the URL.

Documentation (for installation and use) is
included in the source kit.

If you look around, you may find an HP-UX
depot, too, but I normally build it all from
the source.

But I can't find in my HP-UX11.11(MCOE), but have gunzip:
#swlist | grep OE
HPUX11i-OE-MC B.11.11.0612 HP-UX Mission Critical Operating Environment Component
#find / -name funzip
//nothing output

I am not sure the funzip function deleted from which version. Strange...^_^

You see it in /usr/local/bin because it was added separately from the HP-UX operating.

/usr/local/bin is typically used for programs added later by the administrator. There is very little, if anything, in /usr/local/bin after the installation of HP-UX.
