Is there a file size limit to SFTP 64 GB file between hp-ux 11.11 and hp-ux 11.31??

Hi!

 

I am trying to sftp a 150GB file from one HP-UX 11.11 server to another HP-UX 11.31 server on the same VLAN.

 

My switches have 2 GB speed and ethernet wire throughput is 100 mb/s.

 

 

sftp process fails exactly after sftp'ing 64GB data.

 

Why sftp stalls after 64GB data transfer?  Can you share your knowledge on this issue?
