LINUX Cron job failures

Hi,

Does anyone have any sample text of cron job failures written to the cron logfile (/var/log/cron) on RedHat LINUX?

i.e. For HP-UX and Solaris, "rc=1" next to the user and PID of a job would indicate a failure. Would it be of the same format for LINUX?

look under email or output log for messages.
