Re: LSM problem
when I exec volsetup dsk1 commando it indicates:
Checking for an existing LSM configuration
A previous LSM configuration exists (err=22).
Use the '-o force' option to reinitialize LSM.
Stop.

Re: LSM problem
During the install, did you allow it to bring the system disk under lsm control? (Something we don't like in the lab... seems only usefull if yo intend to mirror the system disk).
Is this a cluster and do you need to start the vold everywhere? rsh nond volsetup -s ?
Do what the error message said... use -f to blow an old setup away?
Or is it useable and are you ready for voldiskadd?
Is vold running?
Can you start that with vold -k perhaps?
(lsm:vold: ERROR: cannot open /dev/volconfig: No such file or directory ?)
.... talk to us, and we'll try to help, but we can not read your mind nor your screen!
Hein.
When you tried volprint, what does it tell you? (lsm:volprint: ERROR: IPC failure: Configuration daemon is not accessible ?)
