Re: Legacy DSF

Is this a LUN off an EVA by any chance (or an MSA or Clariion)?

In all cases these disk arrays are referred to as "ALUA" disk arrays (that's Assymetric Logical Unit Access), and what that means is that IOs for any given LUN are preferred to the ports on just one of the controllers of the arry. Hence you will see as many active paths and as many inactive paths as you have ports on each controller. This is normal and correct, and you should not try to chnage it.

and How i can disable the Persistent DSF and go to Legacy DSF and is there any effect for this operation.
