Limit number of connection per port.

Experts,

Need your help on this, is there anyway to limit the number of connection from OS level for individual ports on HP UX 11.11?

I have an appllication running on the system and have no control over howmany external connection can come to this server apps. so want to limit the external connection on the perticular port application is running.
