I have alphasetver DS10 with True64UNIX V5.1A.
I was keaping messages from cron in the mailbox and I never delete them from there. At once was entire mailbox empty. What was happen ? Is there some size limit to mailbox ?

I think that somebody deleted the messages or you read the messages but do not deleted.
You can access old readed messages by using mailx -f (the mbox file).
