we tried crtla to move to different vpars but the same issue
we reset the MP with no luck
Any suggestions?

Re: MP access
Check your /etc/inittab: there might be an error in one of the lines.
If you don't know what to do, please show the output of this command:
diff -c /usr/newconfig/etc/inittab /etc/inittab
The "respawning too rapidly" error message should include the identifier of the inittab "respawn" line that is respawning too rapidly. Did you miss a word in that error message?
The message means the "init" process is detecting that some process that is started via /etc/inittab keeps dying almost immediately. In order to not waste CPU resources, init stops restarting it for a certain time, usually 5 minutes.
Try waiting 5 minutes or slightly more while logged into the MP and in the CO mode, and see what happens.
If there is a local console connected, a stuck key on that might do this.

Re: MP access
Go to the system and check
/etc/rc.log
to find out what startup script is producing the message.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
