Dear Sirs,
I finally effected the changes from 50 to 5 and 5 to 1 and the memory ultilization has dropped from 99% to 64% average.

I'm happy for you!
Now what was the effect, other than an arguably prettier number?
Did the root problem improve?
Are those 'hangs' gone now? Excellent!
Did general performance improve or degrade?
I can not help but wonder why NOT using more than 1/3 of the memory is a good thing.
One reason could be that the average now is 64% used, but it needs to 'dip' into that free space every now and then.
Now it can with room to spare
Then it could not, being at 99%.
