Minimum System Requirements
Hi All,
I have one HP rx2660 itanium server with 2 GB RAM.
I am trying to install HPUX 11.31 (DC-OE) but getting the below message after it passes "Analysing Software to be installed" :
"Operating system software has not been successfully loaded. The swm install (1M) application was not completed or failed to load some key files (exit status was=1).
1) Change in install server and/or depot information :
2) Retry software load process (non-interactive mode)
3) Retry software load process (interactive mode)
4) Run a Shell
Choose a recovery action from above:"
Please suggest on the above message. I suspect the minimum requirements for installation are met or not.
Thanks in Advance.

Re: Minimum System Requirements
You should read the manual and release notes about your 11.31 release version to find the requirements - also read what the system logs tell(to screen or ignite server).
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Also, is the issue really related to system requirements. Please give your inputs for the message I sent in my initial mail.

Re: Minimum System Requirements
Take a look at the DVDs and read the release date, e.g. September 2010 or something.
Find the documentation at

Torsten.
