You will have to pull the codeword from paperwork for HP-UX 11.00
If you had proper support and a license, you can enter the codeword or merely pull the .codewords file form a working system.
If not, you are out of luck due to the fact the OS is no longer supported.
Check your support files.

You most certainly can request a codeword for any Application CD/DVD. You purchased the license and that should be on record. New codewords apply to each cycle (update) of the Application media and to request one you need to specify the part number of the media, Hence, no, you do not need to buy another license as long as you have a support contract.
