ok, to complete the theme

backup data old fileSystem /usr/sap/audit (tar)
umount filesystem /usr/sap/audit

create new VG, LV and Filesystem:
LV: /dev/VGaudit/lvsapaudit
FileSystem: /usr/sap/audit
copy data to new FileSystem /usr/sap/audit

this correct?
