Multipath HBA emulex with RHEL 5 Update 3 y Proliant Support Pack 8.15
Hi,
I┬┤ve installed PSP and everything is OK:
It changes the lpfc module in the kernel, but I still seing 4 path for the same LUN.
/dev/sda
/dev/sdb
/dev/sdc
/dev/sdd
There`s no problem with Device-mapper-multipath but I'd like knowing why can`t I do it with PSP.
Is there any uncompatibility because of RHEL5U3?
Some help would be great!
Regards and sorry for my English!!

Hi rukula,
Are you saying that your multipaths disappear with PSP installed?

Only Qlogic handles multipath at the driver level...
There's another solution for HBAs provided by HP according to http://www.emulex.com/artifacts/44c4b454-beee-41d4-9757-a1024a923555/oracle-tips.pdf#search=%22multipath%22
