Re: My syslog file is following ERROR message. (File system full)
(It would help if you could format your messages better. Paste with the above clipboard with a C in it.)
/dev/vg00/lvol8 47185920 3927280 42920768 8% /var
/dev/ORAVG01/c02 19922944 18032746 1796016 91% /c02
Dec 19 19:02:05 uatdata1 syslog: Oracle Cluster Ready Services waiting for HP-UX Service Guard to start.
Has it started since then?
Dec 19 19:36:29 uatdata1 vmunix: vxfs: NOTICE: msgcnt 29 mesg 001: V-2-1: vx_nospace - /dev/vg00/lvol8 file system full
It looks like you were out of space on /var/ at one time.

Yes now but not on Dec 19. Do you remember what happened then?
Any more recent errors that are logged?
>See the bdf command attached file.
>/dev/ORAVG01/c02 19922944 18038802 1790248 91% /c02
(For small files, better to attach a .txt.)
/c02 maybe something to worry about, unless it doesn't grow?

Perhaps when /var was full, your syslog demon stopped?
You might try restarting it:
/sbin/init.d/syslogd start
