My tru64 cluster has such a error?

My two Ds20e constitute a cluster enviorment(unix 4.0G,trucluster1.6),I find a error in the file "daemon.log" of "A" server and the command "asemgr" can't output normal result,
In the "B" server,I get the "A" server cluster node status is unknow using the command "asemgr",but my cluster service is normal,how can i do?

On server A , the "aseagent" process died, this means also that you cannot relocate any service. On each member you should also have an "hsm" (host status monitor) process.

You can try to launch the aseagent process manually.

A good command I often use in ASE clusters:

asemgr -dhv

it will give you a quick status overview.

Colud you check if the daemons in the nodes are running ?
# ps -ef | grep ase
You have to see an aseagent, asehsm, aseloger and asedirector (this one in only one node of the cluster).

May be you have to restart the cluster daemons or the server.
