Hi Rui,

Sounds like you've had a hardware failure.
You should place a HW service call to HP to replace the failed part.

Look like some hardware problem. Make sure you also have make_recovery tape in case you need it.

Looks like a problem.

Alert Level 6 decodes as -> Boot possible, pending failure or environmental problem with action required (e.g., boot disk error rate above threshold, power failure, overtemp medium).

What was the cause of this problem. Did you add a new hardware and boot or is the system running and you got this message. Could be a controller problem. Has EMS logged anything if the system is running.
