NIS Configuration in mixed environment

Hi All,

I have mixed environment with HPUX 10.20, 11.00, 11.11, 11.23 and 11.31. Please tell

1)  if NIS can be configured in this environment with mulitple OS versions?

2) If so, any requirement that NIS master shud be 11.31 or it can be on any server?

3) is it possible to add linux server as a client to HP-UX NIS master server?

4) what are the configuration steps to configure NIS in this environment?
