NTP Drift file information.

Hi,
I have configured the Windows Domain Controller NTP server service as NTP client for HP-UX servers. The HP-UX server clock is in sync with Domain Controller clock. But i have a question the file /etc/ntp.drift is always keep on changing daily on HP-UX servers is that a problem, means the Windows Time server is not reliable or is it normal the file /etc/ntp.drift changes daily?
And also i want to know what excatly the information is in /etc/ntp.drift file is containing.

Thanks,
Narendra

Does it have an Agilent atomic clock in it? :-)
Or does it synchronize with other systems?
