Need Help Installing Webmin Software

I recently update to latest Webmin software and I am receiving the following errors:

HTTP/1.0 500 Perl execution failed
Server: MiniServ/0.01
Date: Fri, 29 Feb 2008 19:50:22 GMT
Content-type: text/html
Connection: close

Error - Perl execution failed
Undefined subroutine &proc:: safe_process_exec called at /opt/hpws/webmin/webmin/upgrade.cgi line 342.


Can someone help me with this? we are currently running perl5.

I know nothing, but among the things I don't
know is which version _you_ think is the
"latest Webmin software", which exact version
of Perl is "perl5", which Perl version is
required by this stuff, which version of
HP-UX you're running, or exactly what you did
which led to this error message, and probably
a lot of other stuff I might think of if I
knew any of those things.
