Netscape Enterprise and Proxy Server on HP-UX 10.20 Question

Is there a way that I can get a message to broadcast to my users who are using the internet through this server, using one of the proxies that we have set up? Just a periodic message, possibly every 15 minutes of usage...or even just as they login to the proxy. Thanks!

A logfile analysator is your friend.
Use programs like logcheck or logsurfer.
Postfix/BIND/Security/IDS/Scanner, you name it...
