Hello Ankit,
This is a big topic. just a little bit info.

you will creaet your first nPar using the MP using the CC command ( use the CC only for the first time creation, you are wiping out everything. i.e you are starting from the scratch)
once the first nPar is created (which is called ghe Genesis Partition), then you can use these commands for additional nPars.
parcreate, parmodify, parremove, parstatus,
parunlock, fruled, frupower, and cplxmodify
GUI tool parmgr (/opt/parmgr/bin/parmgr)
for vPars
you need vpar software ( CPU/core based license).
